You may register for all three education days on this form or separately for each event you wish to attend. If you are registering for someone else and not attending yourself please make sure to enter the information for the registrant and add yourself as a contact only.

Registration Rates
Registration includes breakfast, lunch, and two refreshment breaks.
Member: $100.00 + applicable taxes
Non-Member: $175.00 + applicable taxes
Special Offer: $200.00 + applicable taxes – includes one-year associate affiliate membership and registration
IPE members are invited to register at the CBS member registration rate at $100.00 + applicable taxes
Sponsors:
Education Day sponsors are entitled to receive 5 complimentary guest registrations for each Education Day they are sponsoring. You are given the choice to enter their information on this form or to provide the information by email to info@canadianboilersociety.ca
Please make sure you provide the First Name, Last Name, Company, Job Title and Dietary Restrictions for each of your guests.
Cancellation Policy:
In order to receive a refund, cancellations must be received no later than 15 days prior to the event.

Cancellations are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee. No-shows will not be reimbursed. Substitutions can be made at no cost in writing to info@canadianboilersociety.ca.
